Word For Life Bible Training Centre is an in-house training machinery aimed at developing in-house stewards purposefully to serve the Lord with their giftings and eventually leading to the emergence of competent leaders to handle various aspects of ministry and church planting. This machinery has three increasing levels of on-going development called Foundations Level, Edifiers Level and Leadership Development Level.
Anybody who has successfully gone through the Kingdom Arena Harvest School and is willing to commit to serve in-house will be required to pass through Word For Life Bible Training Centre. For those who have been through various levels of bible training in their previous church affiliation and are willing to serve in Kingdom Arena will also be required to start at the Foundation Levels and work their way up to becoming recognized as competent leaders in-house.
There are training manuals developed specifically for each level of the Word For Life Bible Training Centre. Students are expected to submit a minimum one-third of completed assignment at each level to show their grasp of the level before moving to the next level. Certificates are awarded at the end of each sub-level to authenticate competencies.
The first sub-level of the Foundations Level, Disciple Training Course, is the longest attending class lasting almost six months because it is the foundation of the leadership development process followed by a three month attendance of Achievers Training Course and lastly with another three months of Perfecting Training Course attendance.
At the end of this one year Foundations Level training departmental leaders will emerge with proven faithfulness in attendance and commitment to excellence in service.
