‘A wise woman builds her house’ says the book of Proverbs. Today’s women need to be taught on how to build their homes. Common sense is not common anymore. When the home is not built with God’s wisdom it strikes at the foundation of the society. And if the foundation be destroyed what can the righteous do? (Ps.11:3) Men are often credited with the building of great empires but who builds the men that build these empires? It is their women.
The influences of a woman on her husband may be subtle but they are powerful nonetheless. A wise woman learns and knows how to trigger the warrior button of her husband for conquest outside the home but also is skillful in how to stroke and massage his ego for affirmation at home. A foolish woman is the one who allows her home to be the battlefront of the sexes between her and her husband.
She will have killed him before he has the chance to go out to war and conquer.
