This is a ministry designed to give pastoral care at the grass-root level with the aim of creating a sense of belonging. It is also geared towards developing potential candidates for pastoral ministry with practical approach for care and sharing of the Word of God with a small number of people. The Sunday messages are re-written in a teaching format to allow for discussion and participation in a community sense so as to engender fellowship. Every potential church planter in Kingdom Arena must be a Power and Care Cell leader before they can be validated for pastoral leadership.
The Power and Care cell communities meet once a week at the discretion of the appointed leader’s agreed time.
