This is a new community outreach initiative of Kingdom Arena started on the 10 March 2009 in obedience to God’s instruction to specifically reach to the needy in our community. It is a feeding program which runs every Tuesday and Saturday to reach out to the drunkards in our Town centre in Luton.
In this program, the people who are at the fringes of the society and mainly foreigners, and have become disillusioned by the disappointment or failure to find greener pastures or riches in a foreign land and therefore result to drinking and living a homeless lifestyle are taken for wash and change of clothes, and served with warm food twice a week.
They are also given sleeping bags for cover during the night. Some of them who are sober are helped to look for jobs or little tasks that can earn them money for their keeps. The aim is to return their dignity back to them and instill hope in them.
